Our Muay Thai kickboxing classes focus on the principles of Thai kickboxing techniques, beginning with the basics. Each class has the student perform various warm-up drills, which may include calisthenics, jogging, rope-jumping, and shadow-boxing. Class instruction varies, but includes proper stance & footwork drills, pad-work, heavy-bag sessions, and optional partner-sparring to focus on striking combinations. Classes end with a cool-down.
Required gear: Boxing gloves & shin guards. Head-gear is recommended for sparring.
