Class Overview

Our boxing classes focus on fundamental boxing training and proper technique. Each class has the student perform various warm-up drills, which may include calisthenics, jogging, rope-jumping, and shadow-boxing. Class instruction varies, but includes common boxing stance and footwork drills, punching lessons, pad-work and/or heavy-bag drills to assist with proper punch combinations. Optional sparring rounds are offered. Classes end with a cool-down.

Required gear: Boxing gloves. Head-gear (recommended).
