Kids Classes
- Training basic martial arts skills across several disciplines
- Beneficial for self-control, focus and ADD/ADHD
- Using fun with excercise to learn takedowns, grappling and striking
- Builds a healthy confidence and strength

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
- Ground fighting and grappling
- Training mental quickness and decision making
- Focus on strategic submissions and counter moves
- Beneficial in all situations for self-defense
    
History of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
     ~1915, Esai Maeda Koma (Jigoro Kano's student) brought Judo from Japan to Brazil
     ~Maeda trained Carlos Gracie
     ~Carlos altered and adapted Judo to fit his family's genetic strengths and weaknesses and Brazilian

      Jiu-Jitsu was born
     ~Currently taught to Army Rangers as their preferred fighting style

Judo
- Takedowns and throws
- Training balance, coordination and ability to adapt
- Focus on efficiency of movement through leverage and decision making
- Beneficial for increasing speed and reation, strength and endurance, and balance
     History of Judo
     ~1882, developed in Japan by Jigoro Kano
     ~1910, recognized as a sport and in the 5th Olympics in Stockholm
     ~WWII, taught as a combat skill to special forces

Muay Thai Boxing
- Stand up striking
- Training punches, elbows, knees and kicks
- Focus on willingness to fight, not strength/weight
- Beneficial for increasing hand and foot speed
     History of Muay Thai Boxing
     ~1238-1377, highly esteemed by Thai nobility
     ~Used as weaponless self-defense
     ~Mandatory for the King's elite guards
     ~1920, Bangkok, became an organized sport, now the national sport of Thailand

MMA, Mixed Martial Arts
- Stand up striking, takedowns, ground fighting and submissions
- Train three major and most practical martial arts
- Focus on mental strategies and endurance
- Most dynamic combination for all fighting situations
     History of MMA
     ~1993, first became popular in the United States
     ~UFC, Pride Fighting and King of the Cage were among the first MMA event organizers

Submission Wrestling
- Submission techniques in stand up and ground fighting situations
- Training specific and effective joint locks and chokes
- Necessary for all fighting martial arts and self defense situations
